I roll it under my thumb for scrolling around with icons, but when it comes to the internet I flick it! So much unwanted junk on most pages! faster to flick through everything!

I use it as directed and throw it in the trash after a month or two and replace it with one of the 5 trackballs I purchased after my own and 50 thousand other trackballs took a sh*t a month after regular use. "Thumbs up RIM" way to product test, ah why bother right?

I use the keypad to navigate close to the area I want to look at, then I use the trackball to pinpoint a link or to scroll down an article that I'm reading.

If by flick you mean spin at high speed, then I do that for long menus when I want to get to the bottom and close an app, otherwise I roll with it.
