Known bug, wait for a new leak or downgrade...Happened to me too.
BB still hasn't released a fix for this yet?? jeez those people need to get on this or OS10 is outta the question for my device options :(
I'm not sure if this is relevant or not to your problem, but whenever I save a number, it saves to my phone and to my sim card. What I did was go into my contact list and set it to just view the sim card contacts and then just deleted all of them. I do it every time I add a new contact now.
