My uncle might get it but you never know he might not like the size of it and it might be good enough for him to use one handed and IDK if he has Gmail and does BlackBerry 10 currently support Gmail? So yeah, I would like to know if there's a full money back return even if he opened it.

    Thanks .

Does that 30 day money back guarantee include even if you open the phone, turn it on, use it, etc.? Thanks

Maybe your talking about Google services in relation to the usage of some android apps, emphasis on "some".

But, Gmail? No worries there mate. I have 4 Gmail accounts on my zed10 right now and a Hotmail one. Ditched yahoo years ago though

Does the 30 day money guarantee count for opening and using the phone? I might get a Q5 now that they have the new sale but if I don't like the screen size a significant amount then I want to return for full money back.

What I think this is? A BlackBerry fan site? And the forums of said site. Don't really get the purpose of your question or what relevance it has with anything.

To your relevant sentence, I don't know of any place that has a Q5 to test and trying it out in a store is not he same as using it as your phone for a day.

The answer to your question is to contact the vendor you intend to buy the phone from and ask them their return policy. This is a fan forum, we can only tell you what we "think" the return policy might be, that is unless there is an actual employee of your intended vendor on this site.

There's a 30 day refund guarantee from Shop BlackBerry. You will need to pay for return shipping but you will get your money back.

Thanks blue troll. Don't get why some people on this earth are so complicated and if they don't know the answer either not say anything, say they don't know or five suggestions, or if they know just giving you the correct answer. Instead of busting your balls lol. Thanks man.

So, even if I open it and test it out I will get full money back?

And do you happen to know how much return shipping is?

    Thanks again .

They will accept a refund even if it is open.

You pay for return shipping. It's to somewhere in USA. So probably $10-30 depending on which carrier you choose?

Thanks man. If its 10 bucks then it's not bad at all. Might as well make the plunge and get a Q5 and see if I like it. Too much distractions with a 16:9 phone.

I read it. It just said 30 day money back guarantee. Didn't know if it was regardless of opening or using or if there were specifics. You know sometimes things are hiding or omitted.

because shopblackberry does have a great reputation here
I don't think we are talking about the same online shop here.
ShopBB pretty much has one of the worst reputations I can think about.

Just search these forums for threads about them.
I am pretty sure that I am not lying when I say that ShopBB not only has an incredibly bad reputation by now, but that it deserves that rep.
(Digital Rivers operates ShopBB, just in case someone wonders)
