So I tried upgrading to BBM 5.0 and now i can't access BBM at all, not the 4.0 or the 5.0. The app does not appear on my home-screen, nor anywhere on the phone except for the application list.
I've been on the phone with verizon and apparently i need to use the desktop manager's application loader program to reinstall BBM. Now I tried that yesterday and i was unsuccessful. I'm going to try it again this evening when i get home from work.
So of my friends are saying i need to update my OS, which i currently don't know what it is (excuse my ignorance).
Please help crackberry community. Any advise is welcomed.
