There is something I am really passionate about.

Ringtones. Espeically Blackberry ones. I was watching some movies, when I saw a couple of people taking out their smartphones and I remembered that particular ringtone. Whether it was the famous Iphone ringtone or good Blackberry ones.

So I picked up my Q10 and saw that I still use the normal ringtone. Although I have downloaded the OS5 and OS6 Blackberry ringtones.

And after checking out that great article I was very sad:

People are whining and complaining about the link they can't download, instead of saying which original BlackBerry ringtone they use. And I was courious. What are your ringtones, people??

You might think I am crazy? No, it is important! I wanna know which BB ringtone you are using! And I really don't care if you use some Miley Cirus or other celebuturds ringtones. No, just the simple and amazing ringtones you used to know from Blackberry. Especially from the legacy era! Why? It remind me of the good old times. And I am sure we do have plenty enthusiasts BB users here, who only use the original ones!

Sometimes I switch and use this one. Remind me of 2011 when I used my Bold 9000. I could listen to it on loop:

LOL, when I watched House of Cards, I sure put Zen Spirit on! Lasted for about 4 months.

You have no notification? Like for an SMS, voicemail or whatsapp/BBM?

I am checking right now the folder with its plenty of notifiers and ringtones. But it's hard to decide which one to choose. lol

Nope, try "BB_Confirm"... it's a short double beep amd it's awesome. Use it since the old Bold 9000 days.

See? That's the the spirit and intent of this thread. I just love to check out your recommendations and I already love that simple "put put" ringtone. Discreet and very business like. Not bad. I will try that one out! Thank you.

I use the stock ring tones on my Z10STL100-4/10.3.1.1154 with the exception of the 24 tv series tones. Both the tone of the phones ringing at CTU as well as the ticking click sound in between commercials.

I use those specifically for my son (who also has a Z10) both for his phone calls and BBM video calls. We both are die hard fans of that fantastic show.

I've been using "Sirius" as a ringtone for years and years. I can't recall ever using a stock ringtone for my phone other than sonar for BBM.

While I use my own custom ringtone(bad company remake by 5 finger death punch), I do use a few classic ringtones for various notifications: r

BBM uses eager remix
Text messages uses a super BB classic LightSpeed! I know that tone as a blackberry no matter where I hear it.

For BBM notifications I use Caffeine, love that sound. Glad the newer 10.3.1, leaks bring back some of the older notification sounds.

Lightspeed is the ultimate sound. The second the phone gets fired up upon landing it says "Attention: professional on board just received a message about business that will give him/her more money to buy another first class ticket".

For ring tone on the phone: House. of. Cards. (can't think of the name of the actual ring tone, but HOC viewers know it).

That's unfortunately too long for me. On this day and age, phones get a lot of notifications, so they're constantly ringing.

Long notification sound = annoying
One simple and short pop or beep, one, played in less than a second = perfect.

Wow, you guys had so much coo and interesting tones for me. Must check them all out! Why? Because I am constantly looking for the best discreet business ringtone and notifications for my Blackberry.

Never heard of lightspeed though-
