I just stumbled across the following site BlackBerry PGP : PGP Blackberry Encrypted Phones

It offers pgp encryption for BlackBerry....... just look at their banner... and old OS7 phone...

What should I think of this site? It looks pretty much like a scam...-img_20150525_215821.png

    500USD for 3 months PGP????

I get email mentions of them all the time yet have never heard of someone actually using their services. Personally, I treat it as spam but I'd love to have someone prove me wrong lol.

Their "Became a Dealer" (sic) page is funny, but the rest screams scam.

Besides, there's apps/some OS support for this already, and definitely not for a few thousand Euros a year.

This is not a scam website ,we are just new on the market and for the next 3 months we have sale price. We are using bbpgp as a mail server. We have pgp encryption for OS 10,so our encryption can be used with latest blackberry phone. Anyone interested can check this domain for pgp key. Take a look at the pictures bellow

If anyone from here interested in testing our services ,i am happy to create a pgp e-mail for you for testing our services.

Price gouging from a site that cripples the handset and has spelling straight out of a phishing email? What's not to love?

    From the site:

'The Blackberry mobile phones PGP is only possible to communicate with another open PGP Blackberry phone. In fact, the* microphone of the Blackberry have been removed and normal calls therefore not possible'.

Seems like I'm better off just using my own PGP cert and going on with my life...

The fact that the guy above on here claiming to be from them can't get a picture orientation correct doesn't fill me with confidence about their credibility either, it's all about details.
