Can anyone please help me out with PIM services ? It drains away nearly 20% of the battery . what is it ? and how do I minimize the battery drain ?

You're right. To reduce, you could delete any bbm groups or channels that your BlackBerry is constantly looking for updates in. If you have lots of email accounts then this will drive up the usage for the same reason

i have just one email account. and 2 bbm groups. and around 7-8 channels
