What phone did you originally come from??? Do you have any regrets??? Between the BlackBerry 10 and it's competitors which do you think is a better phone???

My first mobile was a nokia thing... worked great, had it on the verizon network when they didnt charge for dropped calls.
Before my first blackberry, I had a kyocera pos phone. Worked I guess. I ended up using it as a baseball.
Before my Z10, a 9780. Wonderful phone. Tho the Z10 is such a jump ahead.

Before blackberry I had a motorola that was hard wired to my vehicle. Paid $1500 for it and it was 90 cents a minute. Don't remember any plans available either

Coming from a galaxy note 2 to this my 1st blackberry ever, q10. I wanted to go to a qwerty phone and I figured what better phone than this. I love the keyboard and am getting use to the os but it's def lacking in apps. A business phone with none of my banking apps?? Wierd. And a dedicated $ button instead of a dedicated question mark sign is my gripe. But the app market is suppose to be expanding so I guess there's potential. Samsung is up there though if you ask me with the stronger processors and vibrant screens. But I can't say no to this keyboard for what I do on with phones. I don't regret

Either or. It could be before the current BlackBerry originally or your very first phone. I'm mainly just looking to see what phones people had before they decided to buy the BlackBerry 10.

My first smartphone was the BlackBerry Storm. Which I used until I upgraded to the BlackBerry Z10 on launch day in Canada. I also have an HTC Desire that I used as a work phone. I never liked the HTC Desire from the beginning. It had a number of HTC apps that never worked from day one. And I wasn't too impressed with the Android OS either. Now that I have my Z10 the Desire doesn't get used at all. My contract on the Desire expires in a few months and then I'm shutting the Desire down. I also have a BlackBerry PlayBook ad well.

Windows Mobile was the reason I always bought windows mobile

And the last phone before my z10 was a bold 9900

9900 was my last phone. Then upgraded to Z10 and also have an iPhone 5 which has been issued to me for work. Previous phones: BB 9780, BB 8700, and BB 7250.

Side note: The 9900 is probably is best built BB ever (from my experience). It feels good in your hand and you can type very proficiently. BB10 keeps true to BB and sets the stage to compete with android and iPhone. BB10 just needs to gain some market traction and break away from the bad image it has now. iPhone is the best media and app experience currently but has outdated OS and UI. I have very limited experience with Android.

Coming from a Nokia E71 - has less apps than BlackBerry ever did but boy it still kicks *** - hoping I'll get used to BB10 soon and that the core apps will shape up in upcoming updates.

No regrets

I prefer the z10 to the iPhone 5, but I don't know if it's any better than the iPhone. Also, because I have not used other flagship devices, I don't know enough about the galaxy s3, galaxy s4, HTC one, or lumina 928 to say that the z10 is more preferable.

I used Nokia phones before. Accidently stumbled upon a BB 9000. It felt good for sometime then I got 9900. It seems good for now too. Maybe next I will get Z10 / Q10.

9000. I'm admittedly biased, my first BlackBerry roped me in completely. Since that time every phone I've bought for myself has been a BlackBerry. Simply put everything I need BlackBerry does.

I accidentally broke my 9900, so I had been on my back up HTC Sensation for a few weeks while I waited for my Z10.
