for me it's an actual app store launcher I wish it had. Honestly that's just being picky on my part. My Curve does it all, it's not really missing anything, the app store launcher was a pull out the sky for me. It would be great to have but I'm fine without it.

Recording Phone conversations... Yes it's legal where I'm at if one party is aware and no I'm not in the middle of a divorce.
(Had to note the disclaimer as I saw a post go sideways on that topic) LOL

Dedicated youtube app. Pretty much any WM device (as well as other OS's) has one or you can get a 3rd party one like CorePlayer.

For me, I would love Slingbox compatability, unless there is another option that allows for TV viewing. Most likely there is a program out there, but I'm not that smart.

Be able to tether and not be charged extra - I know it is a Verizon thing and not BB.

Have an 8100 now, but just bought a 8120 so I'm waiting for that to come in.

So some things that'll be updated that I wanted: WiFi, Video Recording, standard headphone jack.

And flash player to watch videos and YouTube, but I'm not sure maybe the 8120 does support that.
