I am now for sure going to get a Q10. My only question is what app do you use to take notes? I am currently using Google Keep because it is so simple, and I can access it on a computer. What do you use?

Welp, I bought Evernote premium for $5.00 a month. I ported over my most important notes from keep and I guess I'll just wait it out until I get the Q10. Thanks for everyone's responses. You guys are really helpful. Your assurances are one of the main reasons I am getting the Q10 and after actually handling one in store I am now even more assured that my transition to BB10 is going to fairly easy.

I am using Evernote. It has lots of advantages like ease of use,OCR feature, availability on phone, desktop, tablet, integration with the native Remember aplication. You can't go wrong with Evernote! And last but not least WELCOME to the community!!!

Good deal on Evernote and the Q10 really is a fine device. You should be quite pleased with both.

    Evernote is great on BB10.
If you write down some ideas there's also 'writer' cheap and well designed.

    Yes you can.
Big Evernote lover here too. I use it on my Playbook, Z10, PC, and had it on my old 9800 as well.

It's embedded in the "Remember" app as well. Very versatile.

I use Evernote for nearly everything its just the best imo. I also use this app called Writer which is good for when you want to write short prose, poems, blog posts, etc because you can change the theme and you can export it as a document. You can also back them up to the SD card and restore from there if you want so I normally user those two apps in conjunction with one another.

I used the built in note app on IOS and I found the closest app to it on BB OS10 was the Evernote app.

All your notes are synced online and if you where to switch devices in the future, all you do is download the Evernote app for your respective OS, login and all your notes are there. Best one I have found yet.

It did, its not that good. Way too slow and I've found Evernote has everything I liked about Groovy Notes, except it does it better.

I just use the inbuilt Remember app. It is very powerful, and it is well integrated in BlackBerry 10. I don't sync with Ever Note; however, there is that option in Remember as well.
