I feel like I've spent most of my BB10 experience typing on a Passport style keyboard, so usage wise I would say I like the Passport style.

I tried firing up my Classic and found the keys kind of small for some odd reason. I'm sure muscle memory will kick in, but at this point, I'm going to say that Passport keyboard is my favorite lol

I'm sure it will change in about two months or so when I end up back on my classic.

Try using thumb nails. I'm twice as fast with fewer errors typing with nails than with flesh. Key size then becomes irrelevant. Smaller key boards are actually faster, for me. I'm fastest on the relatively tiny 9650, for example... Thanks to nails... Lol.

I prefer a physical keyboard that is always available for pkb speed dials & shortcuts.

A display that partially "tucks away when not in use" would keep size manageable while typing. Might be a little more "BlackBerry", also. imo. Fwiw. Lol.

I agree. I'm also much faster on my Classic than my PP. Far too many numbers, symbols, evolving acronyms and one-off nomenclature in my communications for optimal PP use, in my case.

That, and I'm a perpetually hyperactive multi tasker... Occupying BOTH hands with communications drives me nuts! Lol. Too many years anchored to a desk, in an ancient past, I guess. Lol. If I'm going to anchor myself down with a two handed device, I'll simply pop open my ToughBook and put all ten fingers to work. Lol. ToughBook has a carrying handle, at least. Something I've added to my K1 just to make it reasonable.

9900 typing experience remains the "gold standard", imo. Fwiw.

Virtual keyboards is for looks. Physical keyboards are for accuracy and efficiency. I would rather be accurate and efficient.

Using a phone without a physical keyboard gets boring and stale rather quickly for me. In fact the Android OS gives off the same impression in comparison to BB10.

Q10 is hands down the best typing experience currently, maybe the 9900/9930 was/is better but I haven't used that device in a very long time. The Classic is nice but the back lighting on the Q10 is bigger and bolder.
