Will we see a Blackberry 10000? What does RIM do when their naming convention runs out? Do you guys think they'll just move to names like "Storm4" or just keep running up the numbers?
They can't add an extra digit to the model numbers until they solve that BB10K issue. Where'd all those Y2K Cobol programmers get to now that we need them again ....
They could really do anything they want. I think the naming system is better, I wish they just called the 9700 "Onyx" instead of the Bold 9700. Onyx sounds better.
And having 3 friggin' Curve models confuses a lot of newbies looking to get their first BlackBerry. The Curve (83xx), Javelin (8900) and Gemini (85xx) would've been more appropriate, but noOOoooOo they MUST ALL BE CURVES!
