I just had this horrible thought. What happens if there is some event on Tuesday or Wednesday that totally eclipsed the launch event. Some shooting or plane crash?
RIM's big launch will be completely overshadowed.

Pray for a quiet news week, excepting RIM.

Puhleeez... RIM announcement will barely make ANY news outlets, other than a little blurb on a back business page. maybe a bit more coverage on a Canuckian outlet, or a few financial channels, but overall, a pimple on Kim Kardashian's *** wil garner more coverage.

It's reached the point that the wait for the BB10 launch event is driving a few users into some rather fatalistic threads.

I'm sure between launch day and there Super Bowl commercial you see many news outlets and channels at least mention the new Blackberrys. News channels would be dumb not to.
