I switched from one of the themes in my phone to the next, it changed everthing on my phone. When i changed it back everything was normal again.
Why are there more than one theme, isn't it easier to just change the picture?

Changing the theme can change the icons and everything. You can easily set all your icons how you had them before by just moving them. Yeah you can just change the background picture if thats what you want to do. I personally like the icons from the newer OS's so I just changed my theme to get those.

Thanks guys, makes more sense now. I thought it only changed the background photo and location of icons.

A theme allows you to make you device unique to you with the colours and pictures that you want, and also to make it easier for you to use with your most important apps right at hand
