Gift cards . For example you buy a BBM contact a 5$ gift card for Tim Hortons. They get sent a barcode through BBM that can be scanned and used as a gift card.

Additionally, calls from BBM to landlines encrypted with BlackBerry security via an add on box on the receiving end: worldwide encrypted data calls to landlines via a box plugged into a wall jack at the recipient's location: when the phone rings, the box (with a phone plugged in) looks for a data pulse: if there is a pulse, it blinks a button that must be pushed to send the public key to the caller: if no "pulse" is detected, the box will ring through to the standard unencrypted phone hardware. (make the box double as a digital answering machine... that can forward encrypted digital voice mail messages to a blackberry!)
Calls to landlines must be competitive with Skype pricing, and perhaps calls to the encrypted box would be a little more costly for the value add over conventional calls or cheaper if the data transmission costs are less than that of regular calls.

Everything thats available in in BBW. Gotta make money any way they can. They should look into some Craigslist type ****, where anyone can sell any thing... just make money some how, and do it fast.
I like this, but maybe instead of a barcode it could just add a new card with the dollar amount to the Timmy Me app
