I am looking to buy an otterbox for a Galaxy Note (Since I enjoyed the one on my Z10 a lot) and I see an option to buy an open boxed one. Does this mean the seal is broken but its essentially new or has the item been used and returned?

    Thanks for asking!

Open box means they are returned items, that have been inspected by our in-house e-commerce team. Only when they are satisfied that the accessory is in as-new condition are they deemed fit for sale. It is possible that packaging could be a little damaged, those is the exception to the norm. They're normally looking all good.

    Happy shopping!
