    Unfortunately for BBRY enthusiasts, this is just not true. There's plenty of money to be made breaking the firm up (and I specifically mentioned that this is what an acquirer around these levels can do profitably).

    In addition, I would argue that there is actually a very slim chance (I mean very slim) that the right acquirer could turn the firm around in terms of the hardware business. That is, another management team could make money even though the current one can't.

    However, the chances of this happening are maybe 1 in 50. Qualcomm + Laziridis, anyone?
