My 8330 is my first BlackBerry (and in fact, my first smartphone), and I was sure I'd never need or use all the things it can do....and yet, with work, school, and my volunteer work, I love being connected to any of my e-mail accounts or the Web wherever I go. I can sync my calendar between my PC and my BlackBerry, so I've got calendar entries in multiple places and I won't forget something important. If I need a book from a library and can't find it through my university, I fire up the WorldCat app and check to see if any other local libraries have it. And, of course, I can also log into my university's online classroom website and take part in class discussions, even away from home.
Add to that that I'm never out of touch if my friends need me (whether via Facebook, any of the IM clients, e-mail, or text messages...oh, and the phone, too...), and it's become pretty indispensable in my daily routine, whatever it may be for that day....heck, today I realized I forgot to make a grocery list on my way to the store, so I opened MemoPad and jotted one down!
Plus, with BerryWeather, I can keep on top of what Mother Nature has in store while I'm out and about so I don't get caught unaware....
...and the crazy thing is, I'm sure I'm forgetting things, too!In short, it may have taken me awhile to realize I needed a BlackBerry, but once I did, I definitely haven't looked back or regretted it one bit!
08-03-09 11:12 PMLike 0 - I use my Curve for so much, I don't know where to begin. Wake up in the morning to my BB Alarm. Check messages and tweets. Click Pandora so I have some music while I brush my teeth and take a bath. Then when I'm actually ready to go work I use my media player to play tracks with an fm tuner for my car to work. I do a helluva lot of browsing no matter where I am. Snap shots or shoot videos of my boys. Look for buys on eBay, text co-workers to set up scheduling for work. Message my contacts and my boo on BBM. Check weather.. I really love how I stay connected with my Curve.
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com08-03-09 11:39 PMLike 0 - I just finished summer courses. They were online, and we had a group project. The classmates in my group were not local residents. It was not a problem for me to connect with them. I was able to e-mail and text them easily using my BB.08-04-09 12:20 AMLike 0

Texting + phone calls...
The occasional web browsing moment here and there to check something.
Weather
Calendar (once 5.0 comes out and Google Sync works again with it)
Twitter
FB (once again if they ever update the damn thing)09-11-09 11:37 PMLike 0 - I use just about all of the features on my BB but what I ENJOY and use the most are: Slacker, Viigo, and a few of the games especially Texas Hold Em. I take the train into the city every day and I used to take my cell phone, iPod, and newspaper with me. Now my BB fulfills all of those needs .09-12-09 09:15 AMLike 0
