My BBF-100-2 was bought thru Amazon/Castle Pixel in NJ, USA and has a CU # - PRD-63825-804. It isn't getting the new sec. patch OTA.

Also getting the Bootloader message on boot up....

The PRD. You do indeed have a pre-production / pre-release device there. You can check this thread for updates to try through the autoloader process. - https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...phone-1182817/

Wanna here a joke, the company I bought my BBF100-2 from on Amazon, CastlePixel (supposedly in NJ, USA, as per my comment above, the seller said theyd send me another device to replace the previous one that is a pre-production/inside use model with the PRD being a -804.. And I was getting that bootloader message at boot up... well after waiting about 2 weeks for the replacement that was supposed to be a BBF100-6, I finally got it today and the dummies sent me another BBF100-2 and guess what, same damn bootloader message, same PRD -804!! These guys just cant get it right... gettin my $$ back. This is a real joke. Dont buy from CastlePixel via Amazon..
