My question is simple and kinda stupid, now i have 2 blackberries, my Bold 9700 wich is my main phone and a Curve 8520. What i want to know is, what can i use the Curve for because it still works fine but i dont know what to use it for?

as you said, without a data plan, or a sim card, your options are limited.. you could use it as a spare device as others have said, and alarm clock, mp3 player, PDA, paper weight....

not quite sure exactally what you are trying to accomplish... did you have a specific idea in mind ?

Could be used as a backup in case something happens to your main phone, OR when you go in to certain enviroments. For example you can use the 8520 when you go camping for the weekend, or if you go to the beach, just swich SIMs and change PINs at your carriers BIS site.

Also you could use it as a wifi device, BUT only certain 3rd party apps will work, nothing requiring connection to the BIS will work. Opera should work thou for browsing and probably slacker and/or pandora.

No one has mentioned a Game Berry. Put all the mobile games you can on it! They will work without a data plan.
