    You're talking about the security question asked when you try to reset your BBID to access BBW?

    You can try contacting BlackBerry support... There is no way to bypass the security.

    Do you have a backup of your device of your PC or Mac via BB Desktop Manager or BB Link? (Which Blackberry are we talking about?) You could just let the security wipe happen then restore the device from BB Desktop Manager or BB Link.

    You might also try contacting BB Support.....

    There is actually only one post. When my response was marked as "best answer" for the question, it promotes it to be better viewed in the formal Q&A section.
