    I've been a blackberry user for a long time, from curve4 to touch2 to bold5 to Q10 to Z30 to Passport and I've never had any problems with blackberry until I eventually upgraded to key2 about two weeks ago. I just discovered today that my back button ( triangle) and home button ( circle) are not working anymore. Please what do I do?

    Try some compressed air, to carefully clean the keyboard.

    Do a hard reboot of the phone.
