is this the newest blackberry?

guys, i'm new here but today i came across a blackberry phone that i have never seen and did not know what it is, it looks like the new dakota phone with no leather on the back , almost same size, full QWERTY keyboard in black, aside of the numbers they are white and a TOUCH screen but But But! not trackpad or trackball! just a regula button, and i think it also has hand writing recognition, ,

any ideas?
