A Rogers device will work on AT&T 3G. Sprint and Verizon, you won't be able to get new devices in but you can get some devices out. By that I mean, the world capable devices that have SIM cards can be used on outside GSM networks. If you use it on a US GSM carrier, you'll only get EDGE. (Example: Bold 9650 on AT&T or T-Mobile.)
Not sure about 4G though.....
