I think this piece makes a lot of legitimate points. The street had been predicting a narrow loss, and if you take that whole Venezuelan currency thing into account, the loss would have been less than projected.

The fundamentals all look good, or at least reasonable. BB10 sales volume wasn't where we'd like to see it, sure, but there's no clear sense that it can't improve (especially since the Q10 wasn't widely available in most markets by the end of the first quarter).

As a PlayBook owner, hearing that the BB10 update is being canceled is definitely a disappointment, but at the same the business case for that update was pretty weak to begin with, and I suspect there were business issues that would have been even more difficult and expensive to resolve than any technical ones.

I believe the stock will rebound to the $13.50 level or so within a couple of weeks.
