too little too late. september? really?? plans to sell same device july 2012!! oh dear is all i gotta say on that (unless of course the specs are a tech persons wet dreams and doesnt exist yet)
The late arrival of a webOS tablet and the lack of apps is a HUGE shame. For a while it was the most tablet-ready OS design of any of the smartphone platforms. The OS is very impressive (so much that the Playbook ripped its card system) but it's a shame it won't be able to reach its fullest potential.
WebOS is linux, so we must be able to plug in a keyboard to be able to crash the UI, and have terminal access. This would be great. I'm not a programmer, but those of you out there, could have some fun with this once you happen to get your hands on it.

Its a bit early to making a call on it. I think it stands about as good a chance as the Playbook at being successful. If it has good comparable hardware to what else is coming out in the next couple of months its in pretty good shape.
WebOS will support Adobe Flash and AIR, which gives it a pretty good fighting chance especially if it takes off on Playbook and Android tablets.
