    Okay, after two months of waiting on RIM and T-Mo to figure out why I can't get the browser service books on my 8310, I am about to resort to sending in the phone to RIM for a warranty repair - which not even the tech I spoke with is sure will fix the problem. I have been told, in talking with warranty support, that RIM will have my phone for 10-12 days, not including shipping. so, I figure, potentially three weeks without my 'berry. Any experience with warranty services??? I had looked at my old Razr as a substitute, but it is now even more dead than it was when I replaced it with my Curve, so it seems I will be without a phone for WAY too long.

    Go pick up a pay as you go cheapie and pop your SIM card into it.
