So i got my blackberry last month for my birthday
n is using my tmobile sim card meaning im using my same old plan which doesnt have internet.
So are there any other ways i can get a theme without having internet?

Find a theme you like that has a desktop download (.alx and .cod
files, .zip, .rar files) and use Desktop Manager to install it.

If you find a theme you like, and it only has OTA, try contacting the author and see if he/she will give you a DM version...
