My wife recently added a BB as her phone. When I try to create a BIS account for her online it says that BIS has to be accessed on the device, and it will not create an account. Then when I attempt to login online with my ID and password it thinks I want to change devices. Once I cancel that and login all is OK for my phone. However, my wife still cant create an account on the BIS website. Of course we set up email for her on the phone but I would like to be able to login online to send service books etc if necessary.
What do you all think?
