I updated my OS TO .297 and got an icon for visual voicemail but I never could use it...I've read on some threads of people not having access to it until they downloaded the rereleased version of .297...I got the newer version and for some reason I still can't use VVM...is ther something I'm missing or need to do? Can anyone help me out here?

I've had to call ATT both times I changed OS's and have them reset my vm. Even though vvm had worked previously and it was already provisioned on my acct, they had to reset my vm and I had to do a hard reset. After that, everything worked fine.
