Fully speck ed, more metal and high end designs like the porsche design phones without having to be that exclusive, affordable well built metal phones.
The keyboard made of small screens that can change its functions through swiping. Without having to deal with the alt thing, put the number on the bottom of the screen to keep the keyboard simple and clean while on typing mode.
Have a surface-like dock, to keep the phone on the desk facing us. Preferably on portrait mode.
Better front facing camera, a 5MP.

If i could get a phone that is also a swiss army knife that would be cool. Then when i'm getting mugged i can slide it out the bottom and give the perp a quick jab.
Don't need water proof - i'm not a scuba diver.
Just make sure you supply sufficient hardware to support a fluid/smooth OS...thats all I need. I dont care to have a 16-core processor if the phone can only utilize 4 of them.
Oh yes and a light curve like 10%

I never thought about water proofing, but I'll add that too the list.
Its what I spend all daying wishing I could do - play high end games under water.

The Z70 looks cool, though I like to have more of a bezel around it. Not as thick as the Z30 though.
