    If you have an 8100 Pearl with an active data plan on the At&t network. I need your help. What I need is a copy of the provissioning service books. If thats you and you are willing to help, here is what to do.

    1. On the phone go to options>advanced>service books. Find and delete your email service books. There will be 2 for each email account you have.

    2. Connect the device to your pc and open Desktop Manager. Go to Backup/Restore>Advanced. In the box on the right scroll down to servicebooks. Click once to highlight. Hit the top button in the middle to copy to the left box. Hit file>save as and save to desk top.

    3. Email me the service book at pltaylor@crackberry.com.

    4. Resend your service books to restore your email.

    Like the http://forums.crackberry.com/f83/how...evised-100324/ thread. I'm working on getting the Storm working on At&t. So any help is greatly appreciated.
