    Dumb question: How do I turn up the volume on my blackberry pearl. At one point,the side buttons,I think were the volume button, but I don't think that's the buttons. okay,,,,I put in ifart into my blackberry, by handgango software,and m blackberry has never been very loud.I know there's a button I'm not finding.

    The buttons on the top right side of the phone are for volume. Are they not working?

    that's what I thought...but mine don't seem to be effecting the volume.

    They work on the ringer screen. they don't go too loud, but I love my phone, so I'll deal with it.

    What profile is your phone set on? Profiles>Advanced>Loud
