    I can see my photos on my phone, but when it comes to the computer I can. Theres an attachment of "jpg.rem" on the photo that the computer doesnt recognize. Does anyone know how I can fix this. I will pickup the jpg but the rem is a new thing

    Did you change your media options to encrypt media files??

    check:

    If you have a media card, goto options--> security options--> general settings--> content protection ,, choose no/disabled..

    i tried changing but didnt work. i can take pictures and see them on the phone but not on the cpu, any other ideas?
