    on my curve 8520 i had downloaded a video on my laptop, then pluggged in my bb so as to transfer it to my phone, but it only came up with the video logo thingy, any help?

    you have to make sure the video is supported by your 8520

    i use a video converter program to convert videos to 3GPP fomat and then load onto the phone. google 3GPP video converter. theres a few free ones.

    i did it and converted it, but the picture is very grainy, like makes it barely possible to watch, this is watching it on my phone, any help?

    when i converted to a 3GP video from a FLV it was perfect quality. i used a program called "Free FLV to 3GP Converter".
