i have the Bold 9650 and when i record a video on my crackberry and play it on the crackberry i can hear & see everything fine! but as soon as i email it to myself the volume is gone. any idea why? i need to get it fixed asap so i can put my videos on discs for my kids. HELP!

That sounds like the data compression during transmission could be the culprit.

The simple solution is to connect to your computer using the USB port then copy the files to the computer.
