    If the file will not delete have you tried restarting? Otherwise to delete all traces of it you would have to wipe. Was it kept on the device memory?

    If the vid file was on your mSD card, power down, remove the card, power up, the put the card back in. This will cause the mSD card to be reindexed and the file structure updated.

    I tried remove memory card it is in devise

    I'd suggest trying a reset first. Press and hold the volume up/down buttons until the device shuts down, starts up, and you see the blue startup animation begin.
