I tried to search the forum but I have a BB 8320 and my camera or vid camera does not work. Vid camera comes on with a blank secreen for a sec and shuts off. Camer states : could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again.

Its been like this for some time now. I have checked apps, restarted and taken battery out and still nothing.

That problem has been reported regularly. Despite the content of the error message, it is not a memory issue.

The prime suspect is the camera modules connection to the logic board. Try using a cotton swab to press the lens assembly firmly into the connector.
