Today, I received an email from Verizon telling me that the new GS IV has arrived.

I am not a Verizon customer.

THe problem here is that this email address was given to Verizon specifically to request information about Z10 availability. This address has not been distributed anywhere else, except to Verizon for that purpose.

Nice carrier support.

I did. But still - "here let me sell you a competing product because you requested news about something completely different". Particularly in the case of those who signed up for the Q10 and are still waiting...

When you signed up it said in the small print you were allowing VZW to send you emails about other products etc.

Once i decided to get my z10 on AT&T I un subscribed from Verizon and T-Mobile
