Any news about when Verizon will be pushing out 10.2? Or any other carrier for that matter? I have a leaked one but I am curious to know

Considering Verizon can't (won't) confirm whether 10.2 is in the Z30, I wouldn't hold your breath.

I guess that even the ridiculously cold polar vortex does not count as "Winter" where Verizon and AT&T are concerned.

I used Sachesi and put 10.2.0.424 on my Verizon Z10 after a brief learning curve it works great. Don't let leaks intimidate you. I'm a nube and got tired of waiting on Verizon

    I have a Z10 with AT&T!
I've installed EVERY new leak as they've become available and have NEVER had so much as one issue EVER.
I'm running the latest Leak 10.2.1.1925 (with 1926 radio) and my Z10 is running sooo good it purrs!

I download the "Mega" link and use The BlackBerry "LINK" software.
If you're having problems with "Link" it's a driver problem.

Since XP Windows has been pretty flaky about allowing the install of "unsigned drivers.
    With Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 there's a block on unsigned drivers.
To get around this boot into the "advanced boot screen" and scroll down to "allow unsigned drivers!
Reboot and then to install the "BB Link" properly, right click the LINK.exe file and click "run as administrator."

You used Sachesi on a Verizon Z10? Finally someone who may be able to help me! Are you able to recount the steps you took to get 10.2 going on your phone?

I will have additional questions for sure, but on other threads I've posted on people suggest going the autoloader route, while I'd rather upgrade through non-destructive means. Are you willing to take the conversation to BBM? We can keep it here, but thought to ask.

My guess is since BlackBerry said Winter for the US,it will come out the last week of Winter. That is how they roll!

Since 10.2 is already out long ago, they might as well skip that and wait for 10.2.1, if you are impatient to wait, just load 10.2 from sachesi because that gives you your os update thats official.

In my opinion, there is not much to miss in 10.2 compared with 10.1, I was excited for jelly bean android runtime but really I got bored of it afterwards

The first post in the thread below has a good step by step to do 10.2 OTA this will only get you 10.2.0. You would need an autoloader to get 10.2.1 leak.

I'm on VZW also. Used sachesi to go to 10.2 then a few weeks later loaded the 10.2.1.1925 leak. When vxw finally does release something, I'll still be ahead of that. I was extremely apprehensive at first but thankfully every thing has been virtually flawless for me.

Mine still doesn't work. It asks to install a Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP 1 Redistributable -W8? WTH is that? After I install it on my windows 8.1 from blackberry, my pc just shuts down. Saying it's collecting some data. Driver blue bluh

Well. After too long of giving it the benefit of the doubt, I followed the instructions you linked to and now am running 10.2 on my STL 100-4. Thank you for the information I needed. So far, so good!

I stopped waiting for official VZW Updates with the Storm, and never looked back. I wouldn't count on an update from them at all.

I'm glad it worked out. If you decide to join us on 10.2.1, there is a good step by step in the link below (I'm a big fan of simple directions). Note that I did NOT do a restore, just backed up my contacts with firechest, moved everything to my SD card, and recreated my accounts.
