verizon gps lock hack?

anyone figured how to turn off verizons gps block? I dont want to pay for vwz navigator..

No, no one has found a hack to unlock GPS on older VZW BlackBerry devices. Nor is there a way to get VZ Nav for free.

You have to either:

-Pay for VZ Nav

-Buy a GPS puck to use with Bluetooth and buy a different Navigation app

-Get a Storm or Tour and use a free or paid GPS app

No, gps can only be accessed by BB Maps and VZNav on a Verizon Pearl and Curve.

Uprgade to a Tour or Storm(2) if you want unlocked gps functionality with Verizon.

Or buy a gps puck/keychain receiver.
