I didn't see this posted anywhere else yet. And I wasn't sure if this is the best place, or the News section, but Carrier IQ is mentioned here more, so here's the article.

Finally we find out which phones AT&T puts it on. Turns out that it gets on BlackBerries only if you load up AT&T's Mark The Spot app.

Anyone ever use that app. I never have.
