someone stole my blackberry last night. does anyone know if I can somehow use the GPS to find out where it is? of course, AT&T is of no help with this type of thing.
there is a web site (meant for parents) that allows you to enter the number, it sends a text and then you can watch where that person is via Google Maps. Saw it on CNN.
I am sorry to hear about your phone. The most important thing to do is to report the phone stolen to your provider and have them disable your account so no charges can be applied to it.
If you have your IMEI number somewhere, its usually a 15 digit number, the service provider can use this number to block your handset and render it useless, even if the thief changes the SIM card and tries to use it on another carrier.
