Nope. If the connector is physically compatible, and it charges your phone, it won't hurt it. Newer BlackBerry devices will take a higher charging current, and so may charge faster on a charger capable of delivering more current, but a charger that charges your phone won't hurt it.
I use the LG charger and micro USB cable from my old Chocolate 3 phone (same charger/cable as EnV2 uses I believe) all the time for my BB 9650 as my travel charger/cable. The great part is it is a one piece system like the new Blackberry chargers (USB plugs into wall unit) and it saves space and weight.
Output from the LG charger is the same (700ma) as the OEM charger for my 9650.
BlackBerry allows for a wide range of charging rates. It knows what it needs and takes in the right amount. As long as it shows charging, you should be just fine.
