    Folks,
    Last week I got my Q10 after losing my android phone. I was a bit worried about the apps and the new UI of the current BlackBerry flagships, but now I love those worries, though I m a bit desperate for some of the very good apps that I was using in my previous android cell, is missing now (and I didn't like the android apps from snap. They are messy and laggy). But still I love the way, the keyboard, the gustures, that simplicity of the complicated and everything. Don't know why media talks always bad about BlackBerry. For now Q10 is the best phone I have ever gone through.

    Welcome to BlackBerry :-). U could have the best of both worlds by having an Android tablet? They r fairly inexpensive nowadays.

    Thanx buddy. But for a contradiction, I don't love the android apps in BlackBerry. I don't know. But I feel those apps are not comfortable for me in BlackBerry. I feel it so laggy.

    I agree with you that the android apps side loaded on to BB10 are extremely laggy/sluggish. I have since deleted almost all of the android apps minus my banking app.

    Welcome, what OS are you on? settings/about. might be an older version, but considering you have snap, you are no novice.

    type and go is really awesome on the Q10. not sure if you knew about it but you can do "text "name" blah blah blah" same with bbm, email, call, tweet, facebook. right from the home screen.

    I also have the Q10, Android Apps do differ in quality, Netflix for instance from one site may be featureless while same app from another site may have all the bells and whistles. I have installed 1mobile app and I use the browser to go to appszoom to get my apps, if one app is performing like **** I delete it and get it from the other site. So far all my Android apps are buttery smooth. In fact they are so smooth the Q10 runs Android Apps better than my friends GS4 LOL. I have had very good luck in general from 1mobile.

    Try re-running BlackBerry runtime from BlackBerry World in my apps, should help with laggy android apps
