I would like to know if an "User Installed Applications" wipe removes my enterprise activation. Someone has tested this before?

Not 100% what you are asking?

Are you asking if the "User Installed Applications" wipe will remove the service books from a BES activated Blackberry? If so, then the answer is no, you need to replaced the service books with a blank policy.bin
