Blackberry has already confirmed that Skype will not be native. They are using an android port, however they are modifying it and making sure it works seamlessly on the Z10. It will most likely be the best quality android port out there! Blackberry is heavily involved in insuring the port works perfect. This is information that has been provided in the past by Blackberry, and posted by the crackberry team.

I have just one question for anyone who has used Skype on BB10:

Does it support Bluetooth earpieces/headphones for both microphone (input) and speaker (output) functions?

I ask because I've never been able to get this to work under Android. It's one of the annoyances that drove me to pick-up a Windows 8 convertible (HP Envy x2).

If BB10 can run Skype and route the audio input/output through my Motorola S10-HDs or Jawbone Icon I will be in VOIP heaven.

Consistent support for voice message playback from within the app would also be nice...

I just want Contact list integration, so when I'm in a contact and I want to call them, I can touch the "Skype" item and it will launch skype (as it would launch the "phone" app) and I'm connected.

I also want the OPTION to call phone numbers via Skype from the contact list.

I don't care if it's written in Logo if that works and the app performs well.
