So, I have my 8900 on Vibrate. And below Use Active Profile Except For:

_ Important calls
_ Bob
_ Jen

Both are checked off. However, when my phone is on Vibrate, and they call, it doesn't override the profile and give me the custom ring. It vibrates like my other calls.

Any idea how to fix this? I know it can be done.

I have the custom rings down, but they only appear when I am in a profile with sound.

What you need to do is create a New Profile and then Exceptions. That will
