Aside from a few OS/hardware things (Miracast, Radio, battery, size, natural sound), they are exactly the same phone.
I'm not into 5" so I'd wait, but you probably know what you want to do already, you just want us to say "YES! DO IT!!!" :p
Worth it. Typing experience gets even better as well due to slightly larger keys. Incredibly fast phone and the paratek antenna does make a difference if you hit low coverage areas on calls and browsing etc.

But why are they so expensive? I'd like to upgrade from Z10 to Z30 it's going for over $500 on ebay

You have to decide if it is worth the money. I am happy with my Z10. Not that serious to shell out $$$ in my situation. Everyone is different.

Is an awesome upgrade, you wont be disappointed.
I want it but i buy my Z10 at $360 unlocked and the Z30 is at $700 :s
So i know is a great phone, i really want it but i payed the same amount for my 9900 and i dont want to pay that amount for a phone again.

I have a z30 but would personally wait for a slider/better Q I miss my keyboard at times. I live all the new features can't live without the natural sound and battery like due to the new tech. Only reason I got a z30 is employee purchase plan from BlackBerry got it for 350 from my aunt.

I made the same upgrade move from Z10 to Z30. No regrets!
Made the move a week ago. ATT has not released the phone but GSM Nation had unlocked phones. Expensive but the Z30 is the best handheld experience I ever had. Not a moment of regret. Screen size and battery life are wonderful.
You will love the phone its sweet! Price is going down now too, picked mine up off kijiji this weekend for 4 bills, brand new in the box, then you sell your z10 between 250 and 300, not a bad 100 upgrade!

Should still get LTE due to Rogers in canada sharing exact same bandwidths as USA ATT. All BlackBerry 10 devices are penta band can run on all canadian carrier networks including wind.

My previous phone was a Z10, it was a very good device, the Z30 is an amazing device, can't put it down, so fast and smooth, and the screen is fantastic, go for the upgrade.
