Not to go off topic, but I can't understand the rationale for the Leap except they had a lot of Z10 parts left over.

IMO from now 3rd May until about 1st July, I don't think there will be much information. Since all devices are expected to appear "at the end of the year"

Guessing this is Windermere2ROW, since WindermereVZW/Sprint/Wichita are already accounted for in the devicemap, but this isn't.

No, it's 8F. Found it in the 8F certification file in /seed/bars.

    This isn't in the devicemap.

There was also supposed to be a WindermereSprint and a WindermereChina, so that's probably what 8D/8C are.

Okay, but then what these 86002c0a & 87002c0a are supposed to be. I thought these are for Sprint & China.

Edit: Scratch that, 87002c0a is the WindermereEMEA. WindermereChina doesn't have an ID and 86002c0a is the Sprint model.

    Yeah, probably: https://n4bb.com/blackberry-oslo-photos-specs/

Explains why there's only been Windermere2ROW in the OS.

    Now, will it have TD-LTE?

Oslo, Dallas or Windermere2. What's the actual codename for that device? Looks like they might have change the codename like they did with Manitoba/Rio, Or Oslo is a whole new device or Oslo was never a codename? Ofcourse its all speculation. Looking forward to 10.3.2.2xxx branch.

Okay, digging through the recently released OS tells me that the Oslo is in fact the Dallas, according to references within apps.

Furthermore, there's not only windermere2row in the OS, but also windermere4row.

    And, here's the Passport-level devicemap:

    0x87002c0a:SQW100-1:Passport:BlackBerry Passport:Passport
    0x85002c0a:SQW100-2:Passport:BlackBerry Passport:Passport
    0x84002c0a:SQW100-3:Passport:BlackBerry Passport:Passport
    0x8f002c0a:SQW100-4:Passport:BlackBerry Passport:Passport
    ...
    0x86002c0a:Unknown:Passport:BlackBerry Passport:Passport
    0x8c002c0a:Unknown:Unknown:Unknown:Unknown
    0x8d002c0a:Unknown:Passport:BlackBerry Passport:Passport

0x8F002C0A, the Dallas, the RHR191LW, is quite likely the SQW100-4.

Hmm...they look an awful lot like the -1/-2's--not very good for an APAC phone.

It's identical to the SQW100-3's band listings in its S&PI.

The certification file lists only the FCC and Industry Canada certifying this phone, also like the SQW100-3.

This has me thinking that it's not a world/EMEA/APAC/whatever phone, but rather the result of a deal between John Chen and John Legere.

Just gonna dump this here since the Oslo / Dallas / Windermere2 naming has things all messed up for some people.

tl;dr: All three of the device names appear to essentially be the same device. This is why I hate made up code names. How many people are still waiting for the Z50?
